FREAKSHOW
prod. by FIAH, LAMADRID, Cocó Orozco, Alexyos & Manu Calmet
Horror, artificio, humor irreverente.
UNA ESTÉTICA MARCADA POR EL EXCESO
A REFUGE FOR THE UNCLASSIFIABLE:
where difference becomes power and whatever escapes the norm becomes spectacle.
INSPIRED BY THE IMAGERY OF THE CIRCUS AND FREAKSHOWS,
this is FIAH’s musical and performative universe: a contemporary take on the extraordinary, the marginal and everything that defies convention.
NINE CHARACTERS. NINE PSYCHOLOGICAL ARCHETYPES. ONE UNIVERSE TO HOLD THEM ALL.
Each one is born from a personality drawn from the artist’s own story, and each is the starting point for the songs.
MUSIC, IDENTITY AND PERFORMANCE
Intertwine in an album that marks a turning point in her career.
THE STORY DICTATES THE GENRE, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
Through a CAMP sensibility, it blends club music, electronic pop, hyperpop, electroclash, reggaeton, drum & bass, UK garage and baile funk with the waltz.
Circus elements, unpredictable structures, dissonant harmonies and strident textures: as eclectic as it is deliberate.
Inspired by American Horror Story: Freak Show and the films of John Waters. Horror, artifice, irreverent humor.

NINE NEW SONGS: THE FREAKSHOW GOES COLLECTIVE AND INTERNATIONAL
FIAH brings in Six Sex, Hello Lolla, Blair, Miss Madeline and Miss Nina, among other women artists from around the world.
Each track is a meeting of two languages: every artist enters the freakshow with her own identity, and FIAH lets herself be transformed by those other sensibilities. Without losing the CAMP spirit or the album’s eclecticism, the project builds bridges to other scenes.
What began as a personal universe transforms,
A COMMUNITY OF THE UNCLASSIFIABLE IS BORN:
difference isn’t just celebrated, it’s shared.
